FOREMAN-MULTI-FAMILY
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reports to the General Superintendent responsible for multi-family projects.
Will be an independent manager of a single 100-700 unit job site with a crew size of 10 to 20 electricians. Will interface with customers, project managers on the job, and MDE project management staff. Responsible for tools, materials and miscellaneous administrative duties on his/her job.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Looking for a minimum of 4 years verifiable foreman experience on large multi-family projects.
Must be a dependable self-starter with good communication skills who has experience running crews of 10 to 20 electricians.
